Watch: Sen. Shaheen questions Rubio about U.S. commitment to NATO

Secretary of State Marco Rubio told Democratic Sen. Jeanne Shaheen that the U.S. still benefits from NATO but that it "needs to be reimagined." Shaheen also questions Rubio about ensuring that money in Venezuela will not go to the drug cartels.
