Watch: Rob Ford responds to brother's loss in Toronto mayor race

Toronto elected John Tory, a moderate conservative, as mayor. The election marked the end of the four-year-rule of Rob Ford, who became internationally famous for sensational scandals. Ford had withdrawn from the race, and his brother unsuccessfully ran in his place. The former mayor did not go quietly, however, vowing: “The Ford family never gives up.”
