Watch: Rep. Lieu alleges Noem engaged in corruption and abuse of power at DHS

California Democratic Rep. Ted Lieu grilled Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem after alleging wrongdoing while she leads the federal department. Lieu also questioned Noem at her House Judiciary Committee hearing about Minnesota ICE raids where children were impacted.
