Was Trump totally exonerated? "No" says Mueller
In response to a question from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler, Robert Mueller said that in his findings he did not "totally exonerate" President Trump. That comes in contrast to the president's repeated tweets that he was completely exonerated by the special counsel's report.
