Walter Scott's brother "disappointed" in juror after mistrial
A former South Carolina police officer remains free on bail after a mistrial in his murder case. Cell phone video shows Michael Slager shooting a black man who ran from a traffic stop. The jury was unable to reach a verdict. Prosecutors say they plan to put Slager on trial again. Mark Strassmann reports Charleston.
