Vindman says Ukrainian officials offered him defense minister position
Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman said Tuesday during a public impeachment hearing that a Ukrainian official offered him the position of defense minister three times. He said he dismissed the offers and notified his chain of command. "The whole notion is rather comical," he said.
