Vincent Simmons has his day in court after 44 years in prison
Forty-four years after Vincent Simmons was found guilty of attempted aggravated rape of twin 14-year-olds, he is expected to find out Monday whether or not he is entitled to a new trial. CBS News' lead national correspondent David Begnaud reports.
