Video shows Akron police shooting teen who had toy gun
Police in Akron, Ohio, have released body-worn camera video of officers shooting 15-year-old Tavion Koonce-Williams, who had a toy gun. The teenager survived being shot in the wrist, and the officer has been placed on leave. Elaine Quijano has the latest.
