VA criticized for not covering IVF procedure
Many who've served in the military rely on the Department of Veterans Affairs for medical care. But some say they're being denied a chance to fulfill their dreams, because the VA doesn't cover in vitro fertilization. CBS News correspondent David Martin reports.
