U.S. cities have nowhere to put their recycling
Since China banned most plastic imports, many U.S. cities are finding they can't recycle the way they're used to — forcing them to either pay more to recycle or send more stuff to the landfill. CBS MoneyWatch reporter Irina Ivanova explains how recycling got so dire.
