Child marriages decline globally, but remain an issue in the U.S.

UNICEF says there has been a significant drop in child marriages worldwide. But about 280,000 children were married in the U.S. between 2000 and 2010. Fraidy Reiss of the activist group Unchained At Last explains why outdated laws are not helping an issue rarely discussed in the U.S.
