U.K. to require masks for secondary schools in COVID-19 hot spots
In some parts of England, face coverings will have to be worn in secondary schools for students ages 11-16 after the government changed its guidance. Younger students in primary schools are not affected. BBC News education correspondent Elaine Dunkley reports.
