U.S. military playing catch-up on mental health care

In 13 years of war, more than 150,000 servicemen and women have been diagnosed with PTSD, but even more suffer from depression, anxiety or substance abuse. Officials did not expect the wars to last as long as they did, and they're racing to hire more mental health workers and develop programs that work. David Martin reports.
