U.S. embassy security still not up to snuff abroad

Two terrorist attacks in Beirut 30 years ago that left nearly 300 Americans dead signaled the start of a new kind of war and led to new security guidelines for U.S. facilities around the world. But even after last year's attack in Benghazi, many of those procedures are still not in place. Margaret Brennan reports.
