U.N. report warns of devastating climate change in years to come
A new report by the U.N. is warning the world has little more than a decade to reduce the amount of carbon dioxide released into the atmosphere. If not, it might be too late to reverse the worst effects of climate change. CBS News' Mark Phillips reports.
