Typhoon Haiyan aftermath: Reports of violence, U.S. sending relief aid

A Marine general flew over the city of Tacloban, Phillippines Monday to witness the devastation. The Philippines president says he may declare martial law in Tacloban. CBS News correspondent Barnaby Lo reports.
