Two major storm systems close in on Florida and N.C.
A powerful weather system is barreling toward Florida's Gulf Coast. Tropical Depression Nine is expected to strengthen into a tropical storm Wednesday. It could become a hurricane before making landfall Thursday. At the same time, a second depression threatens parts of North Carolina. Omar Villafranca reports from Clearwater, Florida.
