Trump unable to bring key lawmakers to compromise on shutdown
President Trump suggests the Senate can end the government shutdown by killing the filibuster. The president tweeted Sunday that "Republicans should go to 51% (Nuclear Option)," changing the Senate rule that requires 60 votes to end debate. Chip Reid reports.
