Trump slams spending bill, but signs it anyway
President Trump threatened to veto a bill to fund the government and said the bill does not provide enough money for his border wall, or a fix for DACA, the program that protects immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children. But in the end, Mr. Trump signed it. CBS News chief White House correspondent Major Garrett reports.
