Trump expected to announce 2024 presidential run from Mar-a-Lago

Former President Donald Trump is expected to announce a 2024 presidential run on Tuesday from his Mar-a-Lago estate. The announcement comes exactly a week after the midterm elections in which a number of Trump-endorsed candidates lost their respective races. Chief Washington correspondent Major Garrett reports.
