Trump expected back in court, trying to get classified documents case dismissed
Former President Donald Trump is expected to be back in a Florida courtroom Thursday morning when his legal team will ask for a dismissal in his federal classified document case. On Wednesday, a judge dismissed several counts in Georgia's 2020 election interference case against Trump. CBS News legal contributor Rebecca Roiphe has more.
