Trump doubles down on steel, aluminum tariffs pledge
President Trump is not letting GOP criticism deflect him from imposing tariffs on U.S. steel and aluminum imports. House Speaker Paul Ryan says he is "extremely worried" about the consequences of the president's plan. Other Republicans want to stop the tariffs altogether. Chip Reid reports.
