Trump doesn't mention John McCain in speech about defense bill named after senator

President Trump didn't make a reference to Sen. John McCain in a defense-spending authorization bill named in the ailing senator's honor. McCain was a prisoner of war in Vietnam. The president spoke at Fort Drum Army Base in New York.
