Trump administration's delay of Ukraine aid was illegal, watchdog agency says
A congressional watchdog agency has concluded that the Trump administration's decision to withhold money from Ukraine was illegal. The nonpartisan Government Accountability Office found that the administration violated a law that governs how the White House distributes money approved by Congress.
