President Trump's administration is asking the Supreme Court to allow deportation flights to continue under the Alien Enemies Act of 1798. This comes as several courts have held a block on flights after more than 200 Venezuelans were deported to El Salvador's CECOT mega-prison. CBS News' Scott MacFarlane reports.
