Trucker in Tracy Morgan crash hadn’t slept in 24 hours
According to the criminal complaint, the driver of the Wal-Mart truck that slammed into the luxury van carrying actor Tracy Morgan hadn’t slept “in excess of 24 hours.” Investigators are looking into whether 35-year-old Kevin Roper had spent too much time behind the wheel. Jeff Pegues reports.
