Tropical Storm Julia pounds Florida with heavy rain, flooding
A rare tropical storm surprised millions in the Southeastern United States. Tropical Storm Julia unexpectedly formed Tuesday night just off the Florida coast, pounding areas around Jacksonville with heavy rain and wind. Some areas could see up to a half foot of rain.
