Court blocks Trump's ban on transgender military service

A federal court has partially blocked President Trump from changing the government's policy on military service by transgender people. A district court judge in Washington, D.C., ruled that the president's order to ban new transgender recruits cannot be enforced while the case is being reviewed in court. Stephanie Sy reports.
