Tracking Imelda as it strengthens into a hurricane in the Atlantic

Imelda strengthened into a hurricane Tuesday morning. It is already blamed for at least two deaths in eastern Cuba after flooding and landslides hit Monday. CBS News meteorologist Rob Marciano is tracking the storm.
