Toronto mayor admits to smoking crack cocaine
Toronto Mayor Rob Ford apologized to his city Tuesday. He finally admitted to smoking crack cocaine after months of denial. He also announced he is not resigning and instead announced a bid for re-election. CBS News correspondent Terrell Brown reports.
