Toddler fatally shot in Dallas as murders rise across city
One-year-old Rory Norman was shot and killed as he slept in his Dallas home early Sunday, police said. The killing came as homicides rose 27% across the city in 2019, and the police chief made an impassioned call to end the violence. Steve Pickett reports for CBS station KTVT.
