Ticket scramble for Pope Francis' address to Congress

The Pope's visit to the U.S. Capitol is being called the hottest ticket in Washington. Members of Congress are allowed to bring one guest to hear Pope Francis speak. Lawmakers are using lotteries, essay contests or family ties to decide who gets to go. Chip Reid reports.
