Pig Beach BBQ is the brainchild of three friends who are trying to remake the world of barbecue. They opened their first location in Brooklyn, New York in 2016, a second in neighboring Queens just a month ago and are eyeing a Florida location. None of those spots are traditionally considered barbecue destinations but that is changing fast.
