The Dish: Chef David Burke

World-renowned chef David Burke got a top-notch education at the Culinary Institute of America and a prestigious pastry academy in Paris. He made his reputation by just 26 after becoming executive chef at New York's River Café and earning a slew of stars from critics. In 2003, Burke branched out on his own and became a driving force in American cooking with namesake restaurants in New York, Chicago, Las Vegas and Connecticut. Now, he's focused on the new york restaurant Tavern 62 and Washington D.C.'s BLT Prime by David Burke.
