The Dish: California cuisines from Chicago chef Erling Wu-Bower
At his Chicago restaurant Pacific Standard Time, Chef Erling Wu-Bower features fresh California produce and local meats, all cooked on wood-fired grills. The restaurant won this year's James Beard Award for Best Design, and was named one of Eater's Best Restaurants in 2019. And now a rooftop venue, The Laurel Room, is set to open later this month. "CBS This Morning: Saturday" welcomed Wu-Bower, who offered a few of his signature recipes.
