Texas doctors perform the world's first partial skull and scalp transplant

55-year-old Jim Boysen received a new skull and scalp from a deceased donor after suffering from a large head wound caused by cancer treatment. Doctors held a news conference to discuss the historic operation, which took place at a Houston hospital on May 22.
