"Texas 7" gang member speaks before execution
A member of the "Texas 7" gang of escaped prisoners who's scheduled to be executed Thursday evening says he should be spared because he didn't fatally shoot a police officer more than 18 years ago. In his final interview before he enters the death chamber, Murphy told CBS station KTVT-TV that his sentence "is about vengeance."
