Tensions rise between migrants in Croatia amid miserable conditions
The Croatian government says 27,000 refugees entered the nation since Hungary shut its border with neighboring Serbia last week. The southeastern European countries are trying to kick the problem down the road to the next country. Mark Phillips reports from Bregana, Croatia.
