Ted Cruz upsets Donald Trump in Iowa caucuses
Ted Cruz won Monday night’s Iowa Republican caucus with 28 percent of the vote. Donald Trump was second, just ahead of a surging Marco Rubio. The polls were wrong, Cruz was right, and Iowa Republicans turned out as never before. Major Garrett spoke to Cruz after the candidate's victory in Iowa.
