Surge of migrant families at U.S. border leads ICE to process and release
Arrests of migrant families at the border, which have been climbing all year, surged after the administration ended family separation. There were nearly 13,000 arrests in August. That's almost triple the amount from the same time last year. Mireya Villarreal reports.
