Emergency hearing held in Lindsay Clancy case before highest state appellate court

Lindsay Clancy's lawyer, Kevin Reddington, filed an emergency appeal after Plymouth Superior Court Judge William Sullivan said he would be declaring a mistrial. The Supreme Judicial Court held a virtual meeting on his appeal.
