Supreme Court rules on border killing, expected to decide immigration cases before end of term

The U.S. Supreme Court on Tuesday ruled that the parents of a Mexican teen killed in 2010 cannot recover damages from the U.S. Border Patrol agent who shot him. The Court also heard arguments in a free speech case that could affect the rights of Americans.
