Supreme Court hears arguments in gerrymandering cases in North Carolina and Maryland
The U.S. Supreme Court is tackling two major gerrymandering cases in Maryland and North Carolina. The justices will have to decide if it's unconstitutional for state legislators to draw congressional district maps to gain political power.
