Supreme Court appears divided over partisan gerrymandering
Conservatives on the Supreme Court appeared wary about weighing in on partisan electoral maps Tuesday. The high court is considering two landmark cases -- involving whether congressional districts in North Carolina and Maryland were set by "partisan gerrymandering."
