Supreme Court forces Arkansas to halt execution
The U.S. Supreme Court stopped an execution in Arkansas, minutes before inmate Don Davis was supposed to die. Arkansas asked the justices to remove a legal stay imposed by a lower court on the execution. The Supreme Court denied the appeal in a one-sentence order. Omar Villafranca reports.
