Supreme Court blocks Missouri from using new map favoring Republicans in midterms

The Supreme Court has blocked a Missouri federal judge's order that allowed state lawmakers to use a newly-drawn congressional map for elections in November. The newly drawn map favored Republicans and likely would've given them one more seat in Congress. CBS News correspondent Ian Lee has more.
