Sub-zero windchills, dangerous ice blasting parts of Midwest

Heavy snow and freezing rain caused treacherous driving conditions from the Great Lakes to the Northeast over the weekend. Now a mass of Arctic air is moving into the U.S., bringing sub-zero temperatures for the first time this winter. Jamie Yuccas reports from Minneapolis.
