Students having "panic attacks" after charges dropped against teen who threatened to shoot up school
Fair Haven High School in Vermont is on edge after charges were dropped against a former student who threatened to shoot up the school. CBS News spoke to Julia Adams, a teacher at the school, who says students are now having panic attacks, and some educators are struggling to get through a whole day of teaching.
