Survivor of family massacre fears her convicted stepbrother could be released

When 9-year-old Jessi came home one morning in April 1989, she found police working a crime scene. Authorities had to tell the little girl that her parents and two sisters had all been murdered. Years later, Jessi's stepbrother Jeff Pelley was convicted of the killings.
