State opposes Hacienda HealthCare facility closure
The Arizona Department of Health Services has denied Hacienda HealthCare's plan to close a facility where an incapacitated patient was raped. The state gave the facility until 4 p.m. Friday to make a new plan, before coming in and taking over the operation.
